WALKING GROUP
“Fun, friendship and fellowship”
All members and prospective members are welcome to join one of our walks. Starting time is 9:30am on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, but the venue varies.
Gill organises the walks and ensures plenty of variety in places and views. This twice monthly is a very social trek. Not too strenuous and always coffee even if it is raining. Port Stephens is such a great area for walks with a view but sometimes we are very adventurous and have an “out of towner”.

An old favourite along the Shoal Bay foreshore to Tomaree Lodge and then back to Zenith Cafe for coffee.
We always have coffee!!
Wednesday 5th February 2025
This popular activity resumed for 2025 with a local favourite, meeting at Bannisters' car park to walk to Soldiers Point with coffee at the Soldiers Point Marina before returning to Bannisters.
